5 oz. can of albacore tuna, drained
1 tbsp. dill relish
1 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. dijon mustard
2 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 roma tomato, diced
¼ avocado, sliced
freshly ground black pepper
1.Stir together tuna, relish, mayo, and mustard.
2.Evenly spread tuna salad down the center of each lettuce leaf, stopping about two inches away from the green, leafy end.
3.Arrange avocado slices and diced tomatoes over the tuna salad, sprinkle with pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
